What is can EOE production line?

The can EOE production line is a crucial important existing as processing & manufacturing line of EOEs in can making industry. Among all machinery for tin or aluminum cans production, this line plays a key role in processing and making can ends.

The systematic line of EOE includes two separated lid operation lines: One is the basic lid line and the other is EOE finishing line. A close working between two lines ensures can packaging makers get finished high precise EOE. Every line has unique machines to carry out specific productions in an entire progress of can EOE making.

The can EOE production line is mainly used to manufacture and solve can ends or EOE pieces going with sealing of the can and preservation for contents inside. As the marketplace is demanding, the line is widely applied to meet the needs of those canned producers through food, beverage, beer packaging sectors etc.

Layout of the Line:

Common Lid Line:

Sheets material preparation platform → Automatic robotic feeder → CNC gantry press → high speed round edge machine → Rotary lining machine → induction drying oven → Temporary put.

Pull Tab Line:

Feed grooves  → Conveyor 1  → Inlet conveyor → Combination press → Outlet conveyor → Conveyor 2 → Conveyor 3 → Post repair coating and drying machine → Conveyor 4 → Lids counting and manual bagging machine.

What is EOE?

Easy open ends (EOE) for metal cans are a type of lid designed for effortless opening, typically featuring a scored line and a pull tab that allows consumers to open the can without needing a separate tool. These ends are widely used in beverage and food packaging, offering convenience and enhancing the consumer experience. The design and manufacturing of EOEs are crucial, requiring precise scoring for easy and safe opening while ensuring the can remains sealed and leak-proof.
