Details
The Conversion Press Tab Die (Bulk) is a core die unit designed specifically for high-precision conversion presses. Supplied in bulk, it aims to provide the most robust underlying hardware support for high-intensity, high-frequency metal forming processes. This die assembly uses a high-hardness industrial alloy as its base material. Because the die needs to withstand hundreds of reciprocating impacts per minute in the conversion press, its material must possess excellent fatigue strength and wear resistance. Each bulk-supplied die part undergoes precision vacuum heat treatment and nano-level grinding, resulting in an extremely low coefficient of friction. This not only ensures effective heat dissipation under high-speed stamping but also reduces scratches and deformation of the metal material during the forming process, guaranteeing the consistency of the produced parts.
This bulk-supplied die assembly allows factories to quickly and selectively replace worn parts at specific workstations without replacing the entire bulky die set. This modular design significantly reduces spare parts costs and shortens unplanned downtime due to die maintenance, which is key to improving overall production line efficiency (OEE).
